“Handy Mobile App but Lacks Social Media Integration”

I can update projects and keep track of things when I am out meeting clients thanks to the Sales Mantra mobile app. To manage and monitor customer interactions across platforms in one location, I would prefer it if it integrated social media.

“One of The Best Support”

Sales Mantra's support staff has been excellent; they always answer my queries promptly and are helpful. Customizing workflows, however, takes longer than I anticipated, which might be annoying when I am pressed for time.

“Great for Lead Management but Takes Time to Learn”

My ability to keep track of my leads has improved because to Sales Mantra; follow-ups are lot easier because everything is well organized and simple to monitor. There was a slight learning curve for some of my teammates as they initially found it a little difficult to get used to.

“Simple and Effective CRM but with Room for Improvement”

The mobile app is helpful when I am on the go, and the interface is quite easy to use. However, I have encountered some integration problems, which can cause me to lag occasionally because it does not sync with all the tools I use.
