“Handy Mobile App but Lacks Social Media Integration”

I can update projects and keep track of things when I am out meeting clients thanks to the Sales Mantra mobile app. To manage and monitor customer interactions across platforms in one location, I would prefer it if it integrated social media.

Pros : I like how the mobile app functions. The app works well and I can update my staff on the go.

Cons : I wish they could have some social media integration. I want to track social interactions with clients from the platform.

Reason to switch : I switched from ZoomInfo because I wanted a simpler tool with good mobile app for managing tasks.

“One of The Best Support”

Sales Mantra's support staff has been excellent; they always answer my queries promptly and are helpful. Customizing workflows, however, takes longer than I anticipated, which might be annoying when I am pressed for time.

Pros : Their support team is great. They are responsive and do not leave me hanging when I have questions.

Cons : Customization takes time. I noticed that customizing workflows takes longer than I expected.

Switched from : Freshsales

Reason to switch : I moved from Freshsales since I wanted a more responsive customer support and simpler interface.

“Great for Lead Management but Takes Time to Learn”

My ability to keep track of my leads has improved because to Sales Mantra; follow-ups are lot easier because everything is well organized and simple to monitor. There was a slight learning curve for some of my teammates as they initially found it a little difficult to get used to.

Pros : It has improved my lead management. Following up with leads is easier since everything is organized and visible.

Cons : Some of my teammates needed a little more time to get used to the system due to the learning curve.

Switched from : Zoho CRM

Reason to switch : Zoho was good but Sales Mantra felt more streamlined for this and suited my needs better.

“Simple and Effective CRM but with Room for Improvement”

The mobile app is helpful when I am on the go, and the interface is quite easy to use. However, I have encountered some integration problems, which can cause me to lag occasionally because it does not sync with all the tools I use.

Pros : The interface is simple and I do not need a manual or tutorial to use it.

Cons : I found that it had limited integrations. It does not have a good relationship with all the tools I use, which can be annoying at times.

Switched from : Pipedrive

Reason to switch : While Pipedrive was great it started to get pricey for my budget so that why I switched.

It makes it easy to keep track of all client communications in one location without having to switch between platforms. To keep things interesting and competitive, it would be good to have new features released more regularly.

Pros : The email integration is great. It syncs with my mail and I can track client conversations all in one place.

Cons : The updates feel slow. They do not roll out new features or updates as quickly as I would like.

Reason to switch : Zendesk Sell did not have a better integration with my email and had a more complex interface.

I can build reports that meet my personal needs using Sales Mantra, which saves me a ton of time. I enjoy not having to go through pointless information. It might not be the greatest option if you require more in-depth understanding or data analysis because the analytics feel a little simplistic.

Pros : I like how the reports are customizable, I can pull what I need without digging through irrelevant data.

Cons : The analytics are basic, but if you are into heavy data crunching it feels restrictive.

Reason to switch : Sales Matra is simpler and Microsoft Dynamic 365 felt too complex and overwhelming.

My budget has been accommodated by Sales Mantra, which provides all the functionality I require without breaking the bank. Nevertheless, the interface seems a little antiquated, and I wish it had a more contemporary appearance.

Pros : When I compare it to other CRM’s, it is affordable. It gives me solid features for the price.

Cons : The design feels a bit old school. It works but it could use a new modern look.

Reason to switch : I switched from Salesforce since Sales Mantra gives me the tools I can use for a much affordable price.

My productivity has significantly increased thanks to Sales Mantra; I feel like I can do more work in less time. It is difficult to fully understand the software's capabilities before committing because it prevents you from exploring most of its features during the trial phase.

Pros : It boosts my efficiency. I feel like I can get more done in lesser time.

Cons : The trial version does not let you try most of the features and it feels limited compared to the premium.

Reason to switch : Sales Mantra offered the tools I needed in a much simpler more affordable package.

I never miss a follow-up anymore thanks to Sales Mantra's task reminders, which has enhanced my customer connections. Although useful, the mobile app lacks some of the desktop version's functionality, which feels limiting.

Pros : Thanks to those helpful task reminders I never miss follow-ups.

Cons : Although the app is good it still feels limited and restrictive when compared to the desktop version.

I did not even need a lesson or handbook to get started with Sales Mantra; I was up and running in no time. I have occasionally observed a few small problems that can be a little unpleasant, but nothing that is a deal breaker.

Pros : The setup is quick. I had it up and running in no time and I did not need any manual or tutorial to do that.

Cons : I noticed that every now and then I run into minor bugs.

Switched from : ClickUp

Reason to switch : I switched from ClickUp since I needed a CRM that was more focused on sales management than project management.
