“Overall good for both HR & Payroll”

Pros : What I liked most about Runtime was their simple to user interface and no-fuss features. The person giving the demo had answers to most of our questions and was able to show the right setting to adjust as per our needs.

Cons : This software does not track employee activity when they are working on the PC. They do not have such add-on which would be a good addition.

“Runtime HRMS is Easy to use & affordable Software”

Pros : This software is Very easy to use interface, great attendance and leaves system.

Cons : Runtime HRMS is providing Runtime Workman mobile app (Employee self-service mobile apps.) This app is provide Remote attendance for work-from-home employees and more features available.

“A User friendly Software”

Pros : With help of Runtime we can easily manage our employees database and maintain all information on a single place. this is a very user friendly and easy to use software. its a budget friendly cloud based solution.

Cons : Need to add some new feature on ESS Web Portal.

Reason to switch : We have been using the Runtime HRMS from some months, which is very robust and effective in minimizing our paper work. The advantage of Runtime is that, it can be customized as our business needs.

“Good HRMS & Payroll Software for Small and Medium Enterprises”

Pros : Runtime software comes with amazing features. The best part is you can remotely use it from anywhere. You can manage your attendance and check the latest updates shared by your organizations. I really appreciate your efforts guys, the way you are updating the features, the speed of your service and help support is really appreciable. I am using runtime from last 1.5 years.

“Perfect HRMS Solution”

Pros : We are using Runtime from last 1 year for our approx. 150 employee team. It has helped us consolidate all locations data and payroll at one place. Their Gatekeeper attendance machine is a very unique product which I haven't seen elsewhere. Would certainly recommend Runtime to all businesses.

Cons : Need to add a new feature for time sheet management.

“Great tool for managing employee”

Pros : Runtime comes with a clean user Interface which is smooth and easy to use. If you are stuck in any feature and need their help, they are always available. This is affordable HRMS & Payroll Software. Overall i am a happy customer.

“Good Payroll & HRMS Software in the Market”

Pros : I must say, its a good payroll & HRMS software. I am using this software from 6 months and i am very happy. I can easily calculate my all employees salary, their overtime and income tax also. The support team is very good. , in case any new requirement you want, then their team try to add it in next release.

Cons : Please add face recognition option in mobile application
