“Saral Pay Pack Software is User Friendly Software with Multiple MIS Report.”

The Software is user friendly and with easy user interface to work on. The Software is having unique feature of Excel Export facility at any instant of data and Tool to create multiple MIS Data for HR Analytics.

Pros : The Software is capable to process the payroll with any level of complex payroll calculation and generate the Salary Slip and Salary Sheet in all Regional Languages.

Cons : The Software is not available for In House Web Hosting only available with Cloud and In House Desktop Based Application

Pros : Saral Paypack software provides user friendly solution and it covers almost all functions in it. Their Support team especially Santosh can be reached quickly and provides good assistance. I totally recommend it to other users.

“Saral PayPack Helped Us Streamline Our Payroll with Accuracy”

After switching to Saral PayPack, payroll processing has become much more efficient. The software is packed with features like incentive tracking and arrears calculations, which were missing in our previous system. I also appreciate the built-in compliance with government regulations and how it helps us stay on track with tax deductions and filings. The ability to export data via Excel makes generating reports much easier.

Pros : What I like most about Saral PayPack is that it takes care of all the statutory reports, including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS. This saves us so much time every month. The software is customizable, so we’ve been able to tailor it to meet our needs, and its data backup feature gives peace of mind knowing our data is safe.

Cons : The only drawback is that the initial setup was a little time-consuming, and it took us a while to figure out how to customize everything the way we wanted. There were some features that weren’t as intuitive as we hoped, and customer support could be faster in resolving issues.

Switched from : QuickBooks Payroll

Reason to switch : QuickBooks couldn’t keep up with the compliance requirements and lacked robust reporting options, which is why we switched to Saral PayPack.

“Saral PayPack Makes Salary Processing Much Easier Than Expected”

We switched to Saral PayPack because our previous software wasn’t keeping up with the new tax regulations, and salary processing took too much manual work. With Saral PayPack, we get accurate and timely salary disbursements. It also lets us handle standing instructions, arrears, and additional deductions easily.

Pros : One of the best things about Saral PayPack is the way it simplifies our salary processing. I no longer have to worry about delays or errors in the payroll. The integration with government tax rules and slabs means I don’t have to update it manually, saving us a lot of time and effort.

Cons : One downside I noticed is that it takes a bit of time to get used to the software. The user interface isn’t the easiest to navigate, especially if you’re switching from simpler systems. It could also offer better customer support, as sometimes the responses to queries are slow.

Switched from : PayTime

Reason to switch : The main reason for the switch was Tally’s limited support for payroll updates, especially tax calculations. Saral PayPack saved us from manually calculating those details every month.

Pros : Saral PayPack has drastically cut down the time we spend on payroll. It simplifies employee attendance tracking and salary calculations. We particularly love that it helps us meet statutory obligations like PF, ESI, and TDS. Additionally, the ability to customize the software to our specific needs has made it much more relevant for our company.

Cons : The interface could use some improvement. It isn’t very intuitive for first-time users, and it took some time to get the hang of the more advanced features.

Switched from : Zoho Payroll

Reason to switch : We moved to Saral PayPack because Zoho Payroll lacked many of the customizable features we required, and it didn’t handle government tax updates automatically.
