“HR and payroll system are good features of realcoderz”

Pros : HR and payroll system in Realcoderz solves many of our problems. Before implementing Realcoderz, we were doing most of the HR related work manually like hiring, onboarding, attendance marking, etc.

Cons : Sometimes the web portal takes time to load and also mobile app crashes.

Reason to switch : We use realcoderz to hire and onboard new employees and payroll system.

Pros : Everything is available in one place including payroll management.

Cons : All though there was a Loading Issue but it is resolved in the Latest Update.

Reason to switch : This Software is very useful for Payroll Calculations and Pay slips Generation of my Employees. This software is very convenient for the declarations and comparison in both TAX regimes, it provides comparison just after declaration of all the expenses to our employees itself.

“All round HR management software”

Pros : As an all-around Human Resource Management Software, it makes things very convenient and easy for our HR department. Work for our pain points. 1. It helped in all the basic management like attendance and leave management, easily integrated with our Biometric system. 2. It also helped me in Recruit related stuff like AI-generated Job descriptions, Offer letters, appointment letters also a variety of assessments. 3. Really helped in bulk onboarding of new employees and also. 4. To track employee performance this software also provided timesheets and a performance management system. 5. The most essential it helped us in the whole Payroll thing.

Cons : No such cons, This software might become your daily habit.

Reason to switch : To manage the whole Human Resource Management System. Convenient in Payroll activity.
