“FAST AND EFFICIENT”

Pros : I was looking for a software solution and contacted Techjockey. WOW! In an hour I had 6 or so software companies contacting me. Some were too complicated for what I needed, some were too simple,(and the companies were absolutely great about understanding what I was looking for) and two were JUST RIGHT. We will decide on one of them shortly. Steve was a huge help. It was a very good experience!

Cons : Need to update the software for better functioning, without any loops.

Reason to switch : Very nice software for the thorough research and study of the repertories.

“Results are Awesome”

Pros : This homepathic software is an encyclopedia of homeopathy. You will get solution to all problems in one pace.

Cons : Price of Add-on packages should be less, otherwise the software is complete in itself.

“Helpful Patient Management feature”

Pros : RadarOpus helps greatly in the successful management of my clinic on a large scale. The software assists in scheduling OPD visitations alongside helping me in contacting patients at any given point. Additionally, RadarOpus also sends automated alerts to doctors and patients to remind them of their appointments

Cons : The Personal Keynotes feature of the software that usually helps record modules for my webinar lectures is not upto the mark. Also, the software often hangs when I’m running videos in my seminars.

“Efficient Repertory”

Pros : I’m a Homeopathic practitioner, and this homeopathic software has helped me greatly in the creation of detailed and thorough medical reports on several patients, in real time. The best feature which I personally like about this software is that it keeps a tab on all the symptoms and thoroughly checks through the information which I enter.

Cons : I found the data import and export feature of this software a little difficult to use as it provides excel sheets for importing and exporting data. Getting data backup through Excel can be a long and cumbersome process.

Reason to switch : This software is a future of homeopathic treatment.

“Technical Support is poor”

Pros : It's a decent programs, I have been using it since 2008

Cons : The technical support is terrible. I had to fix my computer and they suggested I remove the license first, then when I got the computer fixed I tried for over a week to get them to install the software back. The support from Europe can't answer until middle of the night my time, the support from North America is never available, always something personal she has to attend to. So I have not been able to repertorize for over two weeks now. Still waiting to get connected with a customer support.

Reason to switch : It hasn't for the past two and a half weeks because I can't get any technical support
