“The experience was great.”

I had a challenge uploading the edited price list. A technician come through and assisted me switly, The price list template was replicated across other stores

Pros : The product has enhanced the business capacity in terms of accuracy and accountability. We are able to track every transaction and it has lifted the corporate image of our business.

Cons : 1. The printing functionality is a challenge at times, there are repeated calls to have drivers reinstalled during which time customers are inconvenienced. 2. I wish invoice payment was not restricted to the store where the invoice was generated 3. I propose that workshop notes i.e Delivery Notes pages are numbered other than the delivery note number only.

“Awesome software for my laundry.”

Pros : I used qdc software more than 3 years at various laundries and now i started my own start up in Noida with partnership. I found it easy to learn, helpful to mange customers. Never faced any issue and support services is prompt. I recommend every laundry to go for QDC Software. QDC Dashboard and packages are helping us in decision making and business growth.

Cons : Nothing as it covered what i needed.

Reason to switch : Yes it helps us in every aspect of business.

Pros : Customer Support is Rated Number 1, Store CRM: helps us with better control over the business, WhatsApp notifications: promotional SMS sending at single click for offers, Google My Business integration helped increase reviews, and customer-wise revenue analysis a single click.

Cons : reduce QR code size on tags :)

“QDC is backbone for me and is exciting tool to automate my business”

From day 1 since 1979 we were manual and then we met Ashwani from QDC Software 6 years ago and they helped us understand the software and its values. We got impressed and signed up. We highly recommend QDC as they have the number 1 customer service and the best software in the industry.

Pros : Customer Billing with preferences of customers and special instruction like Urgent Orders and home delivery. Garment and order tracking capability is mind-blowing as we do not sell a single garment. Accounts receivables report is helping me save 4-5 hours every week. Reports are top-notch.

Cons : No as of now.

Pros : SKILLED TEAM 14 Years old mature world-class product, always there to help and understand dry cleaning businesses like us.

Cons : -nothing as such but integration with accounting softwares and HR softwares will add more value to QDC and us.

“Excellent software and service support”

The software is very easy to use. All the features are very help in managing by day to day business. The customer support they are providing is also excellent.

Pros : The automatic tag printing. The MPOS app and the whats app messaging notifications is my favorite ones because it help me send the notifications very easily to the customer.

Cons : As of now there is nothing like that.

Reason to switch : It is very helpful to manage my day to day very efficiently and effectively. So the over all the product is very helpful.

Cons : As off now there is nothing like that which I do not like in the software.

“Awesome Product and Very Good Team to support us”

I have been using QDC for 6 months and am very happy with it. My staff also find it easy to use. Chat support is excellent as problems are solved without calls. The top 3 features I like most are: 1. Upsell prospect for Pre-Paid packages helped us sell many packages and generated more than 1 Lac revenue. 2. Customer at risk is mind mind-blowing tool to get a list of customers who are not coming back and then we retain them. 3. We are saving time on tagging as auto tags generated

Pros : Provides all features like WhatsApp notifications, Order tracking, Upsell AI for selling packages, and dashboards to analyze business health.

Cons : NO CONS

Switched from : E-Laundry

Reason to switch : Customer Support was not good. Product was not up to mark as per industry standard. Cancel order and other functioning was not perfectly build. Prepaid packages were not handling GST well and this was one of big lack.
