“Best for managing performance processes”

Pros : We could trust PossibleWorks for aligning our business’s objectives with employees’ tasks taking support from its competency-based assessment system.

Cons : A feature to manage heavy load when there are several users logged in at the same time would be of great help.

Switched from : AssessTEAM

Reason to switch : We were looking for software with easy navigability, a clear interface & supportive customer service. PossibleWorks turned out to be the right answer.

“Best solution for objective assessments”

Pros : The interface is so simple, and the recognition process is so quick and easy, that managers can even recognize an employee based on what they see in real-time, in the field.

Cons : Making product changes and upgrading to the next version is a time-consuming process.

Switched from : Workday

Reason to switch : It is essential to record all feedback for making objective assessments. The incident diary system in PossibleWorks helped us achieve that.

“Amazing real-time feedback system”

Pros : With a super simple, yet powerful interface,?PossibleWorks?makes it easy for managers to not only recognize employee?behaviour?that deserves recognition but also to communicate these recognitions to employees.

Cons : Only if there were more customization options available, PossibleWorks could have been an all-rounder performance management software.

Reason to switch : Our company was looking for a platform with peer recognition functionality, and an easy chat interface.

“Goal setting functionalities”

Pros : This performance management software is easy to use, and the design is great. I am very happy to have implemented this new system for our team.

Cons : The dashboard could be more intuitive so that there could be more insights on employee performance.

Reason to switch : Supportive onboarding processes help with understanding the goal-setting process. This was missing in the last product we had used.
