“Awesome restaurant management software for small setups”

Pros : Reports, billing and inventory, POSist software has features to manage every restaurant operation. The reports are generated instantly and are readily accessible across different platforms. It keeps the kitchen activities in check, even when you are not present. POSist provides detailed sales details which can go unnoticed otherwise.

Cons : POSist has a steep learning curve. Another problem is that it does not allow you to download the reports.

“Best Restaurant management software with user-friendly features”

Pros : It was one of the best investments we made. POSist helped us analyse all the loopholes and barriers in our operations and cut down expenses. We receive business reports that help make decisions to grow our restaurant business. POSist offers a complete package of features that cover all bases for us.

Cons : Certain areas where POSist can improve are customer support system, login page and functionalities for downloadable reports.

Reason to switch : Poster POS didn’t work out well for us for a number of reasons. Mainly, the table management feature was not up to the mark.

“POSist is a very good option for cloud kitchen operators”

Pros : POSist has a great design for cloud kitchen management. We oversee all our operations without breaking a sweat. It lets us know what is happening in the kitchen in real-time. The inventory management feature helped reduce our grocery wastes by a margin.

Cons : A quick, receptive, and responsive customer service team can be really helpful.

Reason to switch : Torqus POS’s mobile POS system was slow. Plus, it made data entry difficult for my staff. It was a recurring problem, so we changed it.

“Good Cloud Based Software with Clear Operational Visibility”

Pros : POSist provides a sense of digital security we never thought a restaurant POS would need. We now run our own delivery service profitably with the help of POSist.

Cons : We haven’t found any shortcomings while using POSist as of now. It has worked well for us.

“Top Quality Restaurant Management Software”

Pros : POSist is a great software for managing restaurant tasks. It’s a well-designed software with add-ons like QR code, mobile orders, feedback, marketing, etc.

Cons : POS has some minor issues like lagging. Except that there are no major complaints.

Reason to switch : Limited modules and it was also is difficult to configure.

Pros : We found POSist very beneficial during franchise branching. It guarantees the scalability for seamless growth. We operate two branches with single POSist subscription.

Cons : The problem doesn't necessarily come from Techjockey itself, but a few things could be smoothed out with the follow-up from the vendors.?
