“Excellent WFH product and even for office use”

Pros : Extremely useful for people having to be in back to back calls. Good blue tooth reach and very sensitive touch controls. Very clear audio and good input mic.

Cons : Input Mic is good but can be even more better for the pricing! Audio equaliser should be made available

“Simple and effective device with good call quality.”

Pros : Poly Sync 20+ is a decent speakerphone that can be connected to your phone, PC, or any other device with a 3.5mm jack. It has full support for voice assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant, which can read out messages and emails to you and even make calls.

Cons : Most of the times bluetooth got disconnected suddenly and need to reconnect it manually.

Reason to switch : It is quite portable as it can be charged using a USB cable and is fairly light. Overall, it is a good device for phone calls and it does not hurt the bank too much.
