“Great HR tool!”

Pros : Phi EDGE HRIS is a helpful tool for managing everything about employees at work. The system is easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it keeps all the information in one place, like payroll, attendance, and performance reviews. It saves a lot of time because it can do things automatically, like tracking, reporting etc.

Cons : It might take some time to learn how to use everything correctly.

“Overall Good product”

Pros : It is used to track employee info and generate reports. It’s great for managing attendance and payroll, but the system can get confusing with so many features.

Cons : Some integrations with other tools could work better, and setup took longer than expected.
