“Best for Remote Teams”

Since we work remotely, it’s great that PeopleStrong is cloud-based. I can manage HR tasks from anywhere. However, if the internet is slow, it doesn’t work smoothly.

Pros : Cloud-based, easy to access from anywhere.

Cons : Internet connection needed at all times.

Hiring and onboarding new employees has become much simpler. The software automates many processes, which saves us time. I just wish there were more options to customize forms.

It’s easy to approve or track leave requests with PeopleStrong. The attendance tracking is accurate too. My only complaint is that the mobile app sometimes lags.

I love using PeopleStrong on my computer, but the mobile app sometimes freezes or logs me out. If they improve it, the experience would be perfect.

“Great for HR Management but Took Time to Learn”

PeopleStrong has made HR tasks much easier for our company. The interface is clean, but it took me a while to learn where everything is. Once I got used to it, things became much smoother.
