“Awesome CRM! Just love it!”

My previous CRM did not provide proper lead tracking and deal management features. So I switched to Office24by7 CRM since April 2024. Now I'm writing this review after using it for 8 months. Now I have a properly functioning CRM to manage my clients data. I also don't have to depend on any other app to call my leads or conduct SMS campaigns. Everything is there in this one little package. I'm really surprised how an efficient CRM like this, which comes at a very minimal cost, is very less known in the market. They don't indulge in huge marketing gimmicks, they are pretty straightforward and focussed on delivering excellent services. If you are still confused, then I definitely recommend going for it.

Pros : It has in-built cloud telephony, which can be used to conduct voice, SMS, email campaigns, etc. I don't think any other CRM offers this feature. Also, it supports WhatsApp bot integration. It also allows integrations with RCS, which is the latest mode of marketing that can be used by businesses. All in all, it is the best CRM anybody could ever find in the market.

Cons : I didn't find any negatives to point out as such. Everything about them is so good. The only thing I felt about them is that they become slightly slow during late hours, but that is not actually a major drawback or anything, because it is only logging for a few seconds. I heard they are having an update soon, so I hope it will also be updated by then.

Reason to switch : Office24by7 is much cheaper, and supports all types of campaigns other than voice (SMS, email, RCS, WhatsApp). It also comes with a CRM, which helps me manage my lead data and approach the clients in a systematic manner.

“IVR software”

Pros : Office24by7 has helped us build a reliable connection with our customers over voice & SMS. - Office24by7 allows a personalized experience for the customers over voice calls. Tracking, managing, and building call flow is pretty easy. - It has excellent features like multi-level IVR, call recording, call routing, call analytics, etc - No hardware required - Phone number masking is the best feature of this software - Excellent support from the Office24by7 team.

Cons : Nothing as of now

Reason to switch : It completes the whole process in an easy way.

“Office24by7 review”

Pros : The software is very easy to use and allows me to manage my team and business from anywhere. It's been so easy to use and customize to link your businesses particular needs and if any doubts the Office24by7 team is always available. Great platform and Set-up.

Cons : Everything is fine apart from a minor glitch. The software sometimes lags a lot and takes long to start again.

Reason to switch : It's Affordable and has a lot of the tools I needed for my business.

“CRM software”

Pros : I really like the fact that this CRM allows me and my company to keep track of the prospects we are working with, we can keep track of the last contacts if we made a phone call or an email and save tasks to continue working in the future. Is also a great tool to keep track of the pipeline process with financial information and pending tasks.

Cons : None for now

Reason to switch : It provides the best results.

“Made my client calls easy.”

Pros : I can easily contact any client I want with an internet connection and a headset. I like the ease of use - it is quite easy to call and to follow up on previous calls done. Also, like how every missed call is received via a voice mail message to my inbox.

Cons : No issue as of now but I feel they should provide more features whenever there will be a update

“I liked the workload planning”

Pros : We choose Office24By7 for our company's CRM solution but I found that there are many more features that are useful for us. I love how we can manage leads from different sources on the same platform. I really like the workload planning that Office24By7 has offered, as it is really helpful in distributing workload for each team member.

Reason to switch : I just made a trail on it and thought, i found the best

“Business Software”

Pros : I find the product very intuitive, making things easy to use and set up. On the few occasions, we have had to call on the support they are always very helpful and responsive resolving any problem very quickly. The Sound quality is top-notch and we had no issues with bandwidth usage.

Cons : Everything is fine with the software.

Switched from : IVR Studio

Reason to switch : Very nice and smooth integration with Office24by7. Very easy to use and intuitive.

“Best Services”

Pros : The Office24by7 Support team is amazing! I always get a response right away and every employee knows their stuff! They also are great at following up and making sure we understand Office24by7 or checking if we need anything further!!

Cons : It takes some time to get the hang of it.

“Bulk SMS software made my work easy”

Pros : People in the Insurance Industry need to communicate with customers every day about the contract’s expiration dates. Office24by7’s bulk SMS software system helped in automating and sending SMS messages. Made it easy and cost-effective.

“Its the best option i ever made my start up”

Pros : As a start-up we started Office24by7 with a free start-up plan, now we have used it for more than 3 years, we don't have a second thought of switching to other providers, because of the reliability and low cost.

Cons : Nothing for now.
