“Customization Done Right”

I'm not limited to dull, basic templates like I would be with other CRMs. Nevertheless, because it required some work to set up, there are moments when I wish it was more plug-and-play.

Pros : It allows me to change and tweak the settings to fit my needs without being stuck with generic templates.

Cons : Altohough the customization is great, sometimes I just want something that works right out of the box. Like a plug and play kind of solution.

Switched from : SAP Business One

Reason to switch : SAP Business One was good but Odoo CRM gave me more freedom to customize without being tied down to rigid systems.

“Easy to Use but Needs Occasional Fixes”

I found that browsing Odoo CRM was quite easy once I adapted to its straightforward and user-friendly layout. It can be a little bothersome because I occasionally encounter flaws or problems that need to be fixed because it's open source.

Pros : The interface is simple and intuitive. Once I got the hang of it navigating was a breeze.

Cons : Being an open-source solution, I sometimes run into issues that need troubleshooting.

Switched from : Zoho CRM

Reason to switch : Odoo CRM felt more flexible and integrated better with other parts of my business than Zoho One.

“Great for Staying Organized but Email Needs Work”

I never miss anything crucial since Odoo CRM makes it simple to keep track of emails, meetings, and tasks. I did encounter some problems with email integration, though; it was more difficult than I anticipated to get things to sync correctly.

Pros : It is easy to track tasks, meetings and emails so nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons : I have faced problems with email integration. Syncing emails properly was trickier than I expected.

Switched from : Bitrix24

Reason to switch : Bitrix24 was good but Oddo CRM offered better task and meeting management tools.

“Open-Source Freedom with a Few Hiccups”

I like that Odoo CRM is open source, allowing me to modify and add features without being restricted to a particular system. However, I must rely on Google and forums for support because I'm using the community edition.

Pros : Knowing that it is open source gives me the flexibility to add features without being tied to proprietary systems.

Cons : There is limited support on the community edition since it does not come with official support which mean I am stuck Googling for help.

Switched from : QuickBooks

Reason to switch : I switched from QuickBooks since Oddo CRM gave me more customization options and the ability to scale without expensive add-ons.

“Time-Saving Automation with a Learning Curve”

I've saved a ton of time thanks to Odoo CRM's automated tools, such as lead scoring and follow-ups. Deeper customisation isn't as simple, so I'll either need to employ someone or must learn how to code.

Pros : I use the automation features for lead scoring and automated follow ups which have saved me so much time.

Cons : It requires some for of tech skills. If I want deep customization, I need to have coding knowledge or must hire someone.

Switched from : Suite CRM

Reason to switch : SuiteCRM did not have the automation tools and integrations that suited my workflow.

“Affordable Yet Powerful”

Odoo is ideal for my little business because it is less expensive. I like how many needs are covered by the fundamental features without breaking the cash. However, it still turns out to be less expensive than my previous CRM, even if I first didn't anticipate that the additional modules and hosting may mount up.

Pros : It is cheaper than many big-name CRM’s which is great for people on a budget.

Cons : The core app is affordable but adding extra modules and hosting are the hidden costs that no one talks about.

Switched from : Netsuite CRM

Reason to switch : Odoo CRM pricing is much better for a smaller business like mine and the flexibility as well

“Convenient Mobile Access with Some Limits”

When I'm out and about, the mobile app is helpful for keeping track of leads and customers. The drawback is that the app lacks some of the desktop version's functionality, which can occasionally be annoying.

Pros : The Mobile app is great as it allows me to keep track on my leads and customers even when I am on the go.

Cons : Although it is useful, the app is not as feature rich as the desktop version.

Switched from : Sage CRM

Reason to switch : Oddo CRM offered better mobile solution and more flexibility for managing customer relationships on the go.

“A Flexible and Affordable All-in-One Solution”

I've come to like how well it integrates with other Odoo apps, such as inventory and billing. But initially, especially with the advanced capabilities, it wasn't the simplest to use.

Pros : It is an all-in-one system. Odoo CRM integrates with other Odoo apps like inventory and invoicing so everything is in one place.

Cons : It took me awhile to figure out how everything works especially with the more advanced features.

Switched from : Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales

Reason to switch : I moved to Odoo CRM since it offers more flexibility and customization options at a lower cost compared to Dynamics.

“Simple Lead Management with Room to Grow”

I've found that managing leads is lot simpler with Odoo CRM's pipeline view. At a look, it keeps everything organized. However, I had to install additional modules to achieve the capabilities I required, and the basic version felt a little sparse.

Pros : It helped me with lead management. The pipeline view is visually simple and helps me stay organized.

Cons : The CRM can feel a bit bare without installing extra steps. It has limited out of the box features.

Switched from : Zendesk

Reason to switch : I moved from Zendesk Sell since Oddo CRM offered better customization options.
