“Customization Done Right”

I'm not limited to dull, basic templates like I would be with other CRMs. Nevertheless, because it required some work to set up, there are moments when I wish it was more plug-and-play.

“Easy to Use but Needs Occasional Fixes”

“Affordable Yet Powerful”

Odoo is ideal for my little business because it is less expensive. I like how many needs are covered by the fundamental features without breaking the cash. However, it still turns out to be less expensive than my previous CRM, even if I first didn't anticipate that the additional modules and hosting may mount up.

I've found that managing leads is lot simpler with Odoo CRM's pipeline view. At a look, it keeps everything organized. However, I had to install additional modules to achieve the capabilities I required, and the basic version felt a little sparse.
