Pros : I love how it does not slow down my system so much, I can comfortably work without any noticeable lag.

Reason to switch : Intego Antivirus was not as light and my system would sometimes lag and would affect my performance during heavy work sessions.

It does a good job at catching the malware and viruses, which makes me feel safe. But its phishing protection could use improvement, as there are stronger safeguards in other programs.

Pros : It has very effective malware detection. I find that it can easily catch common malware and viruses efficiently.

Cons : It has mediocre phishing protection. I have seen better anti-phishing capabilities in other products.

Reason to switch : AVG was quite expensive for me and was a little complex. NPAV has done really well in all parameters so far.

NPAV Net Protector Total Security is much more affordable than other antivirus solutions I have tried. Installation was quick and worked well with my old laptop. However, I miss having more comprehensive features like a VPN and parental controls.
