“Mygate is Trustworthy Platform!”

Pros : I have used them twice. The first time the download was easy. The second time I had a couple of problems getting the download to work but the company responded to my need for help very quickly and got the issues resolved.

Pros : Daily help management and review are great features that help in managing very efficiently.

Cons : Bad customer support as they don't respond when you need them. This makes an issue for their liability

Pros : Mygate app is the best app in India for completed gated community management solution. It provides features such as Child security, Visitor management, Handyman services, Airport cabs, etc.

Cons : As of now there is no such cons but they don't have cab facility like OLA or Uber

“Mygate provides great service.”

Pros : I bought my product through Techjockey and was very pleased with the prompt service and the software. When I had a hick-up this was dealt with by Harry swiftly and successfully. I would use the new company in the future.

“MyGate is a device that is easy to install, setup and use.”

Pros : Mygate allows me to monitor the security system of my house and the community. The device can also be used for other applications like unlocking doors, app notifications, doorbell, controlling lights, and more. I love how convenient it is to use.

“Good product but costly!”

Pros : The user interface is good. Everything is segmented whether it is community connections, or domestic help segment, or visitors approval. One of the plus point I felt is the report of monthly attendance of domestic help.

Cons : It is very costly as compared to competitors. Customer support needs to be improved.
