“Required Technical Background to integrated”

Pros : Very easy to integrate from Backend with API as documentation is provided for all platforms - If you are a techie

Cons : It is difficult to understand the API structure if you are from a nontechnical background.

“Excel and google sheets plugins saves a lot of time”

Pros : Integration of Msg91 to excel and google sheets is the best thing ever and it saves a lot of time.

Cons : MS Excel Plugin has some issues, as it occasionally sends SMS multiple times to the same users.

Reason to switch : It is better for startups that completely rely on testing and execution

“Ease of use from both mobile and desktop”

Pros : The best part Is one can send from both mobile and desktop and even you can save the templates even for quicker actions.

Cons : Because of the lack of support for Android 10, I had stopped msg91 for a few days. Need to be compactable for every new update rolls out.

Reason to switch : They provided some demo credits to test their product which made me to choose, evaluate and proceed

“Powerful tool”

Pros : MSG91 is an amazing SMS programming that causes my advancements group to lead gainful SMS advertising efforts. Its mass sms stage enables my advertisers to help correspondence and connect with the objectives, in less range of time. Its inventive highlights, strong systems, and adaptable innovation have made it conceivable to devise effective SMS crusade methodologies and execute them flawlessly.

Cons : NO CONS

Reason to switch : Because of the Bulk SMS programming, my showcasing director got another course towards SMS promoting.

“Worst product ever seen like this”

Pros : Am using MSG91 SMS service for the last 5months but recently I have never seen this kind of worst service and support. They provided a kind of SDK model so they should update proper documentation and proper updates of each change & should be sending updates to the client also. But They simply made changes and without review they just published. I faced a lot of issues, the SMS is not working but they return SMS sent successfully but that is not delivered, SMS credit was debited even they log this kind of issue on their side, I lost many clients due to the MSG91 mistake (worst SMS api), but they simply replied will check and update. Worst service and support.................

“Panic service”

Pros : The pros is - they provide some demo credits so you can test their services.

Cons : My 50% OTP SMSs are getting failed, the resend OTP api also not working. Their support keep me routing by making different excuses - Excuse 1: Message sender ID needs be my own - ok, I set my own ID. It is still not working. Excuse 2: SMSs are sent, they sent me a log. But the time provided in their operator are not matching with my instances. Excuse 3: User's number is out of reach. - I have tested over 10 different numbers from different operators, different states to validate this but same, It was failed most of the times. I tried to add "Resend OTP" api and it never sent ANY single message again. I will not recommend MSG91, I need to do research to find some reliable provider now.
