“The video and audio quality of Microsoft team surpases most popular video conferencing platform.”

Pros : The free plan has a maximum of 60 minutes which is a luxury compared to other video conferencing platforms. More available paid plans compared to other popular platforms. Integration of tools are all at your disposal. Making it a seamless experience during meetings. There are a variety of useful chat additions which makes meeting and chatting more engaging

Cons : Microsoft teams requires an annual payment subscription. Recording and transcribing capability is not available on the free version unlike other platforms. Cloud storage is not available in the free version. Anybody can create a team and guests can upload any kind of file. In order words there are weak control measures.

Reason to switch : I have used other popular video conference and streaming platforms and I can confidently say that Microsoft teams stands out. It has a simple and engaging user interface and has a variety of addons, background and emojis. Most of all, it has a better free version compared to other popular platforms making it affordable for the common man and small businesses.

Pros : Very good software for collaboration and office work . You can share your files and also chat with your colleagues.

Cons : I have not come across any cons as of now. I have used it for one month only.

“Excellent Corporate Collaboration Tool”

Pros : Easy to use and deploy, we can send messages, call and schedule meetings with internal users and external users as well. It has also features for recording and reminders it also shows the status of availability.

Cons : Nothing to dislike about Microsoft Team, everything working well for me

“Improve Workplace Collaboration with Microsoft Teams”

Pros : Using MS Teams is incredibly convenient due to its user-friendly interface. I can easily join meetings from anywhere, even on the go. It simplifies scheduling meetings without having to open my email. Plus, the screen-sharing feature is extremely handy, especially when I don't have access to a laptop- I can easily present from my mobile device.

Cons : One drawback I've encountered is the lack of an option to share audio while screen sharing. It would be more efficient if Teams allowed me to share audio simultaneously without needing to stop and restart screen sharing.

Pros : Microsoft teams is a great tool for communication within the same department. Wec an also interact with the customers directly and share any documents and recordings. We can bring up any screen sharing or voice calling at any time.

Cons : The only thing that I did not like was that you can not use it on mobile devices.
