“Reduces Monotony”

Pros : The software has really eased out the whole process related to meeting scheduling and controlling. My employees now get to focus on more critical tasks. The real-time alerts provided by the software also helps control online meetings in an efficient way.

Cons : I have not faced any major issues with the software and have even recommended some of my peers to use it.

“Friendly to operate”

Pros : Meeting Room Booking Software allows me and my organisation to book rooms for meetings in an incredible and simple way. We get to schedule and reschedule our meetings as per our requirements.

Cons : The major problem that I face is that I get emails from the software in the middle of a meeting, wherein it is stated that my booked room is no longer available. I was also recommended to use the walk-up feature, this is really odd.

“Effortless Scheduling”

Pros : Meeting Room Booking Software offers certain useful tools that have helped me immensely to schedule business meetings in an efficient manner. I can also book rooms successfully and conduct meetings in a convenient way.

Cons : I have started facing this problem recently - a few of my meetings got cancelled due to the current situation created by COVID-19. But the bookings were still there even after I had removed the meetings. I had to email the customer support team and get them removed.
