Pros : Support Team is very helpful and the things you needed they will understand your requirement.

Cons : Sometimes SLA does not always meet expectations, however this is a rare occurrence.

Pros : Their marketplace is the best feature that i used with this software every feature is pre-default and itseasy to use.
