“I have got all information in one place”

Pros : I am not waiting for my team to send me updated information. All my business data is available at the click of a button. It is simple to use and my team is comfortable with the application.

Cons : Some more GUI will make the software more attractive.

Reason to switch : lack of customisation and poor support from previous vendor
