Our family runs the grocery wholesale business, where time is money and every product has a ticking clock. Kladana ERP is our saving grace helping us to manage our stock properly. We can now easily implement the First Expiry First Out scheme, and it’s a lifesaver for us.
Pros : Seamless Stock Management: The ability to track each product's expiry date with precision is a game-changer. No more worrying about perishables going to waste! FEFO Scheme Mastered: Ensuring that the products with the earliest expiry dates are shipped first has become second nature, thanks to the system's user-friendly interface. Effortless Sales and Shipments: Kladana makes it easy to process orders, create routings, and ensure that the goods reach their destinations on time. Profit Tracking and Analysis: Kladana provides insightful reports that help us identify trends, optimize pricing, and make informed decisions that contribute to our bottom line. User-Friendly Interface: The user interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Even employees who were initially hesitant about adapting to a new system found Kladana to be user-friendly after minimal training. Reliable Technical Support: The customer support has been exceptional. Any queries or issues are promptly addressed, our operations remain smooth and uninterrupted.
Cons : While Kladana is relatively easy to use, we'd appreciate more educational videos to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

“Pricing of Kladana is very appealing, especially with the discounts for annual payments”
I have Ayurvedic pharma manufacturing business. Prior to Kladana, I did everything in Excel, and it was a nightmare. I decided to switch to a cloud ERP and chose Kladana. The combination of pricing and features made me choose it. The ease with which we can now create bills of materials, initiate production orders, and manage subcontractors has significantly streamlined our operations. One of the standout features for us has been the operation reports. These reports give us a clear snapshot of our manufacturing efficiency, allowing us to make informed decisions quickly. Plus, the automatic calculation of finished products’ unit costs has taken a load off our financial planning, making budget management a breeze. But it's not just the software itself that's been impressive. The affordability of Kladana, coupled with the discounts offered for yearly payments, really aligns with our financial planning. “Saved me from Excel!”
For years, we used spreadsheets to manage the production. So, it ended up with me 24/7 sitting and trying to correct all the errors in Excel, and finally, we found tremendous overstocking of one goods and a shortage of materials to produce the product we needed urgently. It was the last straw. And then I tried Kladana. Now we manage inventory and production here and I'm really glad that I bought it. I see that now I have much more free time. The onboarding was simple and short, and I didn't have to teach managers for a long time.
Pros : It's affordable and customizable. I like the interface, it's really simple. Every moment I can track what's happening in my production now. It helps me save money because now I see the exact amount of product and make away with overstocking.
