“Easy for small businesses to accept payments”

Pros : What I like about Khatabook is the option to accept online payments through payment links. It simplifies the process for both me and my customers, and the payments are settled quickly.

Cons : I don’t have any major complaints, but I do think that the app could improve its tutorial for new users. When I first started using it, I was a bit confused about how to set up my account and get started.

Pros : Khatabook has made it easy for me to manage my customer’s credit and outstanding balances. I can easily track all of their payments, and if they forget, I can send them a payment link straight from the app.

Cons : The payment links tend to expire too quickly. I wish I could set the expiration date myself instead of it being limited.
