“Kentico Gave Our Marketing Team More Autonomy”
Kentico CMS has made things easier for our marketing team. We used to wait on our IT team to update content, which led to delays in launching campaigns. Now, with Kentico, our marketing team can manage things more independently, speeding up the process. The platform's flexibility has allowed us to grow our projects without starting from scratch. It’s a good option for businesses looking to reduce dependence on tech teams for everyday tasks.
Pros : The platform has allowed our marketing team to take control of content creation and publishing. Without having to rely on developers for every small change, we were able to launch campaigns faster. It comes with tools that our team could learn and use with minimal tech knowledge.
Cons : While it works well for most tasks, when we needed more advanced customizations, we had to call in developers. For teams without a lot of technical resources, this can slow things down a bit.
Switched from : Joomla
Reason to switch : We needed a system that would give our marketing team more freedom to work on their own, and Kentico delivered on that.

“Kentico Helped Us Manage Our Digital Content Across Multiple Platforms”
We switched to Kentico CMS because we needed a platform that could manage content for both web and mobile without needing separate systems. The platform allows us to organize and publish content faster, and it’s been helpful for our marketing team to work independently from developers. One thing I appreciate is the security features, which are important to us because we handle sensitive customer information. Overall, it’s a platform that can grow as our business expands.
Pros : With Kentico, managing content across different channels like our website and mobile app became a lot more convenient. It made it easy for the marketing team to update content without waiting for tech support. The integration with our CRM also helped us track customer interactions better and provided a clearer picture of their activities.
Cons : Getting used to the system took us longer than expected. The initial setup wasn't as easy as we thought, and we had to spend some extra time going through the learning materials. Once we got past that, it became easier to work with.
Reason to switch : We wanted a solution that would let us handle content across different channels in a more efficient way, and Kentico offered just that.

“Kentico CMS: A Versatile Platform for Content Management ”
Kentico CMS works well for those looking to manage a website with ease. It allows a lot of customization, which is perfect when you want to tailor the site to your specific needs. The system performs reasonably well, though it could handle bigger projects better. Overall, it’s a great fit for small to medium sites, and while there’s a bit of a learning curve, it’s worth it once you’re comfortable with the platform.
Pros : The flexibility it offers in creating and managing website content. I don’t have to rely heavily on technical skills to make updates, and it integrates with several external tools, making it easier to work across platforms.
Cons : The platform tends to slow down when handling larger amounts of data or media, which can delay things when I’m working on tight schedules. Also, some settings are tucked away in deep menus, making it hard to find them at times.
Switched from : Wordpress
Reason to switch : I chose Kentico because I needed more control over the design and features, which I couldn’t easily achieve with WordPress.

“Kentico Streamlined Our Content Approval Process”
We chose Kentico CMS because we were struggling with a chaotic approval process for our content. With Kentico’s staging feature, we can make sure the right people see and approve content before it gets published. This has reduced errors and improved the quality of the content we put out. It’s been a valuable tool for us to keep everything organized and on schedule.
Pros : One of the things I appreciated most was Kentico’s approach to content staging and approval. It helped us reduce delays in getting content reviewed and published by ensuring that all stakeholders could see and approve content before it went live.
Cons : We did notice that working with large volumes of content sometimes slowed down the system. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it could be improved, especially when managing a lot of data at once.
Reason to switch : We needed better control over our content approval process, and Kentico’s features helped us get that in place.

“Kentico CMS: A Powerful Solution for Larger Websites ”
Kentico CMS provides a foundation for managing both content and users. It’s ideal for sites that require multilingual support or complex content structures, though it may slow down with a lot of data. Overall, it’s a great choice for enterprise-level websites.
Pros : Kentico CMS works well for larger sites that need to handle lots of content. It’s easy to scale up as the site grows, and I’ve found the support for multiple languages really helpful. Managing various types of content in one place is convenient, and the platform offers a lot of features to handle that effectively.
Cons : However, when handling larger sites, the system tends to slow down. There are times when it feels like the platform struggles to keep up with all the content and features I’m using, which can delay my work.
Switched from : Drupal
Reason to switch : I moved to Kentico because it offers better support for managing large sites and multilingual content compared to Sitecore.
