“worst software”

Cons : I am user of KDK spectrum Software and The KDK giving very poor service for worst software. Their thinking is after selling the software they have totally ignore the after sale service for the same and it is not at all important for them to provide after sale service to the customer.Once product is sold their job is done. They have the customer care service but hardly we could connect to the customer care executive and if it gets connected also reply is same as always kindly revert over the email . The executives are highly untrained and unprofessional and will always revert like a moron . In majority of the calls their speaking behavior along with the tone is very rude even after confronting them about the mistake they don't even apologize for the same. I am really feeling sorry for the choice I have made. I will advise to all CA, CS And Tax consultant professional not to buy their products. “Its fraud and cheating company”

Pros : NO PROS at all. FRAUD COMPANY

Cons : ITS a FRAUD COMPANY, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I was an employee from 18th May 2020 to march 2021. and for first 3 months they have paid full salary, after that they have paid only 60% of salary, and committed that will pay after 3 months but never paid a single penny and I lost around INR 3 lacs. And suddenly in 1 day they said "we are discontinuing you" and here also not paid 2 months notice period money. If anyone want any kind of proof or documents pls send email to me (I kept all the Video/Audio recording and screenshots of the all emails). ITS a FRAUD COMPANY, I WILL RECOMENDED PEOPLE NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY. Even if you join also you will not found any old employee (more than 1 year old) except 3/4 person. #If we all can spread this message, so in future no-one will be cheated by this type of company.#

“Poor customer support, very slow product ”

Pros : Nothing

Cons : 1. Very poor customer support 2. Frequent errors 3. While KDK called for renewal ,I said that I am moving to another product and the response is " ok sir" and ended the call after that I purchased Computax 4. The company is loosing customers , this may one day makes them un viable to continue and they may discontinue the support , already I faced this issue with Jaipur based P Ware tax software and KDK is moving in this path 5. It is suggested to not to buy and rely on the software which is popularly used
