“Dynamic Fee Structure for Easy Fee Collection”

I must recommend Ireava ERP because before Ireava, managing fee collection efficiently has always been a challenge. With Ireava ERP, the dynamic fee structure feature is very useful for us. It allows us to create customized fee plans based on different student categories, and the grouping system makes collection much smoother. Their discount system is particularly useful, helping us manage concessions without manual errors.

Pros : One of the best parts is the automated reminders—it ensure that parents don’t miss payment deadlines, reducing our follow-ups significantly. The reporting system is also well-structured, giving us a clear overview of pending and received fees at any time.

Cons : If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the initial setup requires a bit of time to configure everything according to our school’s needs. But once it's set up, it works like a charm.

As the school principal, I’ve found Ireava School ERP to be a huge help in automating our online and offline admission processes. Ireava ERP streamlines everything from application submission to payment processing to auto admission generation and sharing credentials on WhatsApp, saving us a lot of time and paperwork. Overall, Ireava ERP has made admissions much more efficient, reducing errors and administrative burden and ensuring a smooth experience for both parents and staff.

Pros : Automates both online and offline admission processes, reducing paperwork and manual work. Easy to navigate for staff and parents, with minimal training needed. Keeps all student data in one place, making it easy to access and manage. Allows schools to adapt the system to their specific needs and preferences.

Cons : Mobile apps could offer more features for greater flexibility. Lacking in e-learning videos.

Reason to switch : After sales support was not good in previous ERP. Ireava's customer support is quick and better than previous ERP.

As a school Principal, one of the most time-consuming tasks has always been generating report cards. With Ireava ERP, this process has become effortless. Drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to design report cards, and the marks entry system ensures there are no errors.

Pros : We can generate report cards for all classes and instantly share digital copies with parents via the app. The performance visualization feature also helps us track student progress more effectively.

Cons : One small downside is that customizing report card templates beyond the default options takes a little time to set up. But once it's done, the automation saves us hours of manual work.

Pros : Easy to enter marks and generate report card. Marking attendance and generate report of it is very easy in Ireava ERP.

Cons : One suggestion: Please provide generate report card option on mobile application.

Pros : Reporting and Custom Schedulers for reminders. Ireava helped to configure the scheduler setting and custom reporting columns. We work our daily normal tasks and get desired outputs.

Pros : Customer support is good and polite. Actively looking into our problems.

Cons : They are not offering whatsapp business account integration. This they need to consider in their updates.

Reason to switch : They are good in customer support, Exam report card, online fees collection & finance reporting. We are happy to use the software and the custom work they provided to us is very good.
