“Switching to InvoiceEra was a big decision, but it made managing my finances much simpler”
Pros : After using InvoiceEra for a few weeks, I realized how easy it was to generate and track invoices for my clients. It helps me stay organized, especially when it comes to payment reminders, which is a lifesaver for my small business. The customization options are quite flexible, allowing me to add my brand’s logo and details to invoices. It even supports multiple currencies, which is great for international clients.
Cons : On the downside, I found it a bit challenging when I first set it up, as it took a while to navigate through the features. There is also a slight delay when pulling up reports, which can be frustrating when I'm in a hurry to get data. I wish it had a mobile app with all the functionalities so I could work on the go.
Switched from : QuickBooks
Reason to switch : I switched from QuickBooks to InvoiceEra because I wanted a simpler interface for just handling invoices. QuickBooks had too many features I didn’t need, and it became overwhelming for my small business needs. InvoiceEra is more focused on invoicing, which has helped me streamline my accounting processes.

“It took me a while to get used to InvoiceEra, but now I can't imagine working without it”
I switched to InvoiceEra from Zoho Invoice because Zoho didn’t offer the level of invoice customization I needed. InvoiceEra allows me to tailor each invoice to suit different clients, and that’s made my business look more professional.
Pros : InvoiceEra made my billing process much more straightforward after I got the hang of it. One of the best things is how easy it is to send out invoices to clients via email. The automatic reminders feature has saved me a lot of time, and I no longer have to keep track of who’s paid or overdue manually. It also helps me generate detailed reports to see my financial performance in just a few clicks.
Cons : I did struggle with the setup process initially. Some features aren't intuitive, and I had to spend time figuring them out. I also found that the customer support response time is a bit slow, which can be an issue when you’re stuck with a problem and need quick answers.
Switched from : Zoho Invoice
Reason to switch : I wanted more control over how my invoices looked, and InvoiceEra offered better customization options for my business.

“Great for Automating Recurring Invoices and Payment Reminders”
Invoicera is perfect for automating recurring invoices, which is one of the reasons I switched to it. It also lets me customize invoices, so they look professional and branded. The automated reminders for late payments have been really helpful in ensuring I get paid on time. Overall, it’s been a great choice for managing my billing.
Pros : Invoicera has made recurring invoices a lot easier to handle. I can set up automated billing for repeat customers, and the system sends the invoices on its own. It also sends out payment reminders without me needing to follow up, which has saved me a ton of time. The whole process is a lot less stressful now.
Cons : I wish there were more integrations with other software tools. It works fine on its own, but having more integrations would help streamline my work even further.
Reason to switch : I needed a solution that could automate recurring invoices. Invoicera did exactly that, so I made the switch.

“Invoicing and Project Management in One Place”
I’ve been using Invoicera for both my invoicing and project management, and it’s been working really well. The time-tracking feature makes it easy to charge clients for billable hours, and I can manage my projects all in one place. It’s been a really convenient solution for keeping everything organized.
Pros : I like that Invoicera not only helps with invoicing but also with project management. I can track my projects, assign tasks, and monitor billable hours all from the same platform. It’s great for staying on top of everything without needing separate tools for each task.
Cons : The only downside for me is that the mobile app could be improved. It works fine for checking invoices, but it’s not as easy to manage projects on the go as it is from the desktop version.

“Best Choice for Managing International Billing”
