“Invoice Simple Makes Sending Invoices So Easy That Even I Can Do It!”

Invoice Simple is perfect for small businesses or freelancers like me who need to send out invoices quickly and easily. The software allows me to email clients directly or save the invoices for later.

Pros : This software is easy to understand, and I can quickly create invoices and email them directly to my clients without any hassle. If I need to, I can also download the invoices and send them as attachments, which is convenient for me.

Cons : One thing that bugs me is that when I change the currency for one client, it ends up changing the currency for all the invoices in the system.

“Not Happy with How They Handle Accounts”

Invoice Simple is fine for basic invoicing, but their approach to account deactivation is a major drawback. Further, the features are decent, but the poor handling of account closure has left me very dissatisfied.

Pros : Invoice Simple is okay for creating invoices, and it has enough features to get the job done. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to find what you need.

Cons : The big problem I have is with their account management. I tried to cancel my account, but they won’t let me. It is so time-consuming.

Reason to switch : I switched because I thought Invoice Simple would be easier to use. However, after my experience with their account deactivation process, I regret the switch and am looking for a new invoicing solution.

“Invoice Simple easy to setup”

Perfect software

Pros : Invoice Simple has just enough features to let me create and send invoices, which is all I really need. The app’s design is simple, so I don’t have to dig through a lot of menus to find what I’m looking for.

Cons : The major issue I’ve faced is that once you create an account, it’s nearly impossible to deactivate it. I tried to cancel my account, but they wouldn’t let me, saying it must stay inactive.

Reason to switch : I initially switched because I wanted something easier to use.

“Invoice Simple is Great for Basic Needs”

Invoice Simple is easy and manages all my invoicing tasks with ease.

Pros : The software is simple, and I was able to start using it without any hassle. I really like the fact that I can email invoices directly to clients, which saves me a lot of time.

Cons : One thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t allow you to handle multiple businesses under one account. I have a couple of side businesses, and it’s a pain to have to log out and log back in with different accounts to manage each one.

Reason to switch : I chose Invoice Simple because I needed a more streamlined invoicing process. Zoho Invoice had too many features that I didn’t need, and Invoice Simple offered a simpler interface.
