Very good service

Pros : The software offers engaging dashboards, where you can see all your notifications and monitor your progress regularly. We can track the pipeline, forecast, and revenue chart on the boards. It increases work efficiency, plus we can analyze our time and performance.

Cons : In starting, it requires extra assistance to work with it. The features can be a bit complicated for beginners, but it becomes easy with time.

“Generating reports on this software is a simple task.”

Pros : Hubspot lets you extract all the data that is needed for making reports and convert it into visual bar charts. This software proves to be a great tool for our team. We can analyze and get a better understanding of the challenges we face and plan according to them in the future.

Cons : The software has lagging issues, which slows down our work.

Switched from : OrgGen CRM

Reason to switch : OrgGen is a costly software and does not have versatile features like Hubspot CRM.

Pros : Hubspot has the best API system I’ve used. This software can integrate with other tools and platforms, such as social media platforms, emails, calendars, and accounting software. I can quickly update my software with ease.

Cons : The software speed becomes slow whenever we open too many tabs in my system.

Cons : It does not have a mobile app. It would be great if they added a mobile application so I can easily access all my docs.

Cons : The installation process is complex, especially while transferring data from one system to another.

Reason to switch : The user interface was not interactive and did not have features that I wanted in my CRM. "

“It reduces all my manual work”

Pros : Can quickly send messages, follow-up emails set reminders, and record meetings and calls. All my work is automated and the credit goes to HubSpot.

Cons : Cannot generate quotes and invoices. I wish they included these features in their latest update.

Reason to switch : The latest updates were same as previous one. There is nothing new in it and I wanted different features. Then, I switched to hubspot and didn’t find any problem till now.

Reason to switch : The interface is a big problem in this software. Plus, the slow performance and lags when we integrate it with other software.
