“Premier HRMS Software”

Pros : Hi all! We have implemented hrms software 'hrone' last year. Coming to the pros part I would like to continue with the following observations which I have observed so far: Search option: There is an unique 'search' option in the main feed wall where one can search any employee enrolled in his/her organization, which is basically termed as global directory for a particular organization. Speed: The all-inclusive performance of the software is magnificent, there is no lagging issue or page stuck issue happened. Its success rate is around 95% where we can easily accomplish our work successfully. Pinned items: The above-mentioned software is bundled up with a pinned items feature in which located on every page an user will open. It is a kind of shortcut for every task user have to perform in the system.

Cons : Coming to the weaknesses of the product i would like to add following observations: Some reports are not available in the report section where one cannot find out that from the starting which employees have posted the status on the feed wall We have an option of setting filters for the particular employee but for the same report domain is not available. Request 'Hrone' team to work on the same that will enhance the system too. Sometimes there is a lag in the processing of the attendance cycle while processing the payroll during the mid-month when there is a lot of pressure on payroll team to conclude the payroll in the best alloted time but our team had faced lagging issues in the payroll mechanism which restricts our users to complete the task in given amount of time. However, there is remarkable improvement in the format from last month. But it needs to be checked more and more.

Reason to switch : This product has helped our organization especially the HR domain employees in an efficient manner. Now we have very less chance of processing wrong payroll related transactions ie. tax calculations, pf challan generations and increment arrear options. Additionally, all of our crucial data is somewhat packed together and we can access it any time without any problem.

“Most amazing HRMS software”

Pros : Our organization has listed out some pointers as per our usage so far: Attendance Calender: It is capable of capturing biometric attendance from our servers to directly in the hrone calender. Speed: Its overall performance is so good, sometimes we got a glinch but overall it is performing well. UI: Its user interface is beautiful and amazing in which we got multiple widgets on the main feed wall. Payroll: We can process Salary Slips, PF challans, TDS sheets accurately which is a very helpful feature. Now we have to just verify the output which is almost matchable in most situations.

Cons : No system or software we can say is 'perfect' so as per our observation, listing out various cons of the product: 1. Sometimes we got a lag in the user interface, the page opening speed is very slow. But time to time hrone team has doing operations to boost up the performance. 2. Report download: When we want to download a report regarding any modules against the opted one, we got few options which we call as filters, depends on the requirement.

Reason to switch : We can say that all of our data is digitally live, as the GOI is supporting also supporting the same cause. Previously we are dependent on the paper works, excel sheets and word files and lot of other stuff which would be taken care off manually or handy but now this software makes our life so easy that we can very happy and enthuastic to use this software.

Cons : Hrone requires regular maintenance and updates to stay current and secure. Neglecting these updates can lead to software vulnerabilities and performance issues.

Reason to switch : Hrone system can vary depending on the specific needs of an organization and how well it is implemented. A successful implementation often involves careful planning, training, and ongoing support. Additionally, user feedback and customization options can play a significant role in the overall satisfaction with the system.

“Finest HRMS Software”

Pros : It will helps us in maintaining employee basic information, policies, leave policies, attendance policies, shift policy, salary slips, pf challan slips and others. Additionally it is a speedy software so that we can process transactions in an efficient manner. It is very ease to use; there is a spectacular tab given in the home page from where we can search our desired requirement and it will display all the results associated with the requirement.

Cons : During the implementation phase it loads home page of the application very slowly, and there was issue in calculating overtime hours cost. But as time passed, hrone team smoothens the process for the above mentioned problems we have encountered.

Reason to switch : It is performing transactions related to our company in a smooth manner and as of now all of our data has gone digitally uploaded on the SaaS platform.

“Best HRMS Software in the market domain”

Pros : Coming to the pros part; this hrms software 'hrone' software have speed, efficiency, better output in every transactions performed in various modules. It have almost every feature which is required in a smooth process for any organization. Its helps our organization to track employee basic details, policies, leave balance, attendance policy, geotagging locations in an efficient way. This software has solved our organization main gaps which we are facing from last many years.

Cons : Every software who has pros it has cons too. Ya, the issue we have encountered so far when have launched the project for our employees there was new user otp problem but that was solved the the hrone team quickly.

Reason to switch : This software is performing our company tasks in an efficient manner and fulfilling our all the requirements. We are fully satisfied with this feature. The basic and fundamental help to our organization is that this hrone is building up a location in the cloud domain where all of our data has been stored safely and secured.

Cons : Sometime application is working slow at the time of payroll processing.

“One of the simple and easy to handle software”

Pros : It is one of the simple and easy to handle software. The things and using of the software are not complicated. Things can be easily accessible for both employees and employer. It helps the employees to manage their important matters that are not directly related to their jobs but are the part of their experience, those details can be added, and as per the requirement the data can be used for the internal analysis of data.

Cons : The software can be enhanced more in terms of dashboard, widgets and reports. The more advanced feature can be added as per the new requirements of the industries.

Reason to switch : It is helping in location tracking, performance management and employee life cycle management. The attendance management task has become ease for the HR people and less time consuming. Recruiting and onboarding of the employees has become smooth process.

“Easy and Effective Software is HRone”

It helped a lot in order to automate the HR processes and can be completed timely without any delays in a short period of span as well. It has been a great software since it has been implemented

Pros : It has great interface for the HR and admin, it offers many great features related to the Payroll, Time office, Workforce, and much more. It consists of one more feature which is the Performance management of the employees and works very smooth. the other thing that makes it to be considered is the support offered in terms of need and difficulties.

Cons : It sometimes becomes an overwhelming situation for the new users to learn the workings of the software and get introduced and used to it for rest it is working fine and I am expecting many more features for the future.

Reason to switch : It makes it easy to Publish, Validate and process the salaries of the huge no of employees in a very short span of time, apart from that it is also very effective and good in terms of Managing all the information existed or added in the system irrespective of the time.

“Great HRMS product with good Features - HRone”

This software has the ability to ease the complex processes and automate almost every operation of HR , it has also helped in reducing the time for the HR Operations taken initially and helped in focus on the other activities.

Pros : it helped us a lot in order to automate the manual processes performed on a daily basis. HR Operations can be complicated and difficult to get performed if not done actively. HRone has helped us a lot in order to increase the efficiency.

Cons : Apart from the features that HROne provides and offers, sometimes it can be little overwhelming for the new users to learn the working of the software. it can be a learning curve for the employees and HR both if learnt actively it can be easily performed and used and if not then its processes can be difficult to understand.

Reason to switch : It is helping us in order to get the actual and accurate reports for the salary processed, it has made it easy to perform the salary monthly in a very short period of time which includes the validating of the Attendance and salari8es of the employees.

“Most suitable SOftware to perform HR operations- HROne Software”

Hrone is the most suitable HRMS tool in order to get used for all the HR operations effectively and Accurately. It doesnot require much support to use it on a daily basis. Once learnt and started using it will last with easily usage.

Pros : It offers very good features to ensure all the compliances has been considered especially for the Payroll and many other features are as per the rules and compliances only. Apart from that it covers all the required points needed to be performed by the HR on a frequent basis.

Cons : As an HR initially it was difficult to learn the working of the HRone Software but I got timely support for the Training and learning the working of the software. and as of now I have learnt alot and it made it very easy to track the attendance and process the salary of the employees.

Reason to switch : Timely processing of the Payroll of the employees, Releasing and publishing their salaries and processing and generating different letters.
