“Enhanced collaboration and productivity in a single platform”
: HCL SX has improved our operations in several ways. Simply put, it has made everything much faster. What used to take weeks—managing tickets, seeking updates, tracking delivery—is now completed quickly, without compromising on quality.
Pros : HCL SX offers various options to quickly route ticket assignments, notify teams for faster delivery within SLAs, generate and share ticket summaries, along with analytics to track and review performance. Overall, it helps us meet our SLAs efficiently. I also appreciate the cool appointment and action features that enhance collaboration.
Cons : None that I can think of.

There is no complex coding in HCL SX which enabled my enterprise with a user-friendly and quick onboarding experience.

SX covers all the essentials for core service management and offers much more. While we initially sought an ITSM solution, we discovered additional valuable features like governance, resource unit computation, and analytics, among others. We’re also excited about the upcoming AI-driven capabilities.
Pros : All service management processes are seamlessly integrated, providing comprehensive visibility into operations. You can expect a great user experience and take advantage of the highly configurable interface to adapt as you evolve.
