“Your Perfect Hiring Companion”
Pros : The interface is a standout feature, making candidate search, role customization, and report generation a seamless process. Having designated support from both an Account Manager and a Customer Success Manager ensures we get the assistance we need. Adding internal colleagues to the interview process is easy, without the need for extensive training on the ATS. Integration with various job boards allows us to maximize exposure for our job postings, and candidates can apply directly through a link that feeds into Greenhouse.
Cons : Honestly, there's nothing to dislike about Greenhouse. As we explore more features beyond the basics, we continue to be impressed.

Pros : Greenhouse has been a reliable solution for us, thanks to its user-friendly interface, hassle-free interview scheduling, and easy process tracking. Automation handles most tasks, and the Client Success and Support teams are excellent resources for advice and information.
Cons : One drawback is the payment structure, which depends on headcount rather than the number of hires. This means you pay the same fee even if you don't have massive hiring volumes each year. Additionally, the integration with Greenhouse Onboarding isn't as seamless as we expected, and it comes with some limitations.
Reason to switch : It simplifies your recruiting process by automating tasks. Greenhouse provides user-friendly workflows, easy interview scheduling, and efficient process tracking. The system's automation ensures smooth operations, and the support teams are ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

“The Ultimate Recruiting Tool - Greenhouse ATS”
Pros : Implementing Greenhouse as my 4th or 5th ATS was a breeze! The step-by-step process was super user-friendly, and I felt fully supported with fantastic learning materials, from articles to videos. It's only been two weeks since go-live, and I can already see it becoming the go-to solution for our entire company.
Cons : The only thing to note is that being new to the system, it feels a bit complicated.

“The Best ATS I've Ever Used.”
Pros : Greenhouse lets us personalize each step of the hiring process, ensuring it aligns perfectly with our needs. The system's automation capabilities, such as notifications and application rules, save us time and streamline our workflow. Greenhouse provides excellent training materials for all user types, from system admins to occasional interviewers. This ensures everyone is well-equipped to use the platform effectively. The support team, especially our CSM Allie, is top-notch. Quick questions sent via the chat are resolved within the same day or, at most, within 24 hours.
Cons : While Greenhouse is fantastic, I wish the job kick-off forms allowed for the inclusion of links or attachments, rather than being limited to text entry.
