“This is a one stop solution for all Hr needs”

Pros : I like the way that information is managed and can be brought up in a wink of an eye

Cons : Too many features to use

Reason to switch : Hr activities are broken down to bits and can be viewed as a whole when needed or drop down to the last tiny bit of information, manages all the HR work efficiently

“Great Support , Good Features”

It is a user-friendly application. We are using it for Attendance management for different shifts in the organization. Also, Payroll is coming as per our policy. Overall very good product.

Pros : Correct payroll calculations as per our policies.

Cons : not as such we experienced

Reason to switch : Many errors in previous solution

“Great HRIS platform for evolving SMEs”

Pros : Flexibility, speed of implementation, customer service, regular version updates, simple to complex workflow configuration, API integration for scalability make it an ideal HRIS platform for SMEs.

Cons : None from product perspective but digital marketing needs to improve for better adoption.
