“One of the best AI transcription software with multiple features”

Pros : 99.5% error free transcription make it stands out of competition among the other transcription tools. Also this helps in real time note making as it can be integrated with other meeting tools like zoom and meet.

Cons : It supports only uploading videos for transcription, it would be better if the transcription supports from a url source such as youtube or vimeo

Reason to switch : Real time note taking is hectic when you have back to back meetings and fireflies.ai id helping in real time transcription and making it easy to analyze ans summarized meeting notes.

“Convenient Summaries, Worth the Upgrade”

I like how Fireflies ai' AI-powered summaries make my life easier. Even though the free plan had some limitations, upgrading allowed me to access all the capabilities I required for both personal and professional use.

Pros : I like how it has AI-powered summaries. It is easy to catch up on what was discussed without going through the entire transcript.

Cons : There are only some features available in the free plan. I found the free plan restrictive. I had to upgrade to get access to everything I needed.

“Great Value but Customer Support Could Be Better”

Considering all its capabilities, Fireflies.ai is incredibly reasonably priced. Although the customer service is not as quick as I would like, it offers excellent value for what I require.

Pros : I found the cost to be affordable and reasonable. Considering all the features it offers it provides fair value.

Cons : The customer support is not the best. It takes a bit longer than I would like to get help from their support team when issues come up.

“Handy on The Go but Needs More Customization”

I appreciate that Fireflies.ai has a mobile app since it makes it simple for me to access meetings when I am on the go or not at my desk. I would want more stylistic features, so it is a little frustrating that there are no more alternatives to alter the transcribing format.

Pros : It also has a mobile app that lets me review meetings on the go. It is great while I am traveling or away from my desk.

Cons : it has limited customization options for transcription format. There is not much flexibility with how transcripts appear in terms of styling or layout.

“My Go-To for Quick and Easy Notetaking”

It is easy to use, syncs with all my devices and allows me to swiftly and easily jot down my thoughts. Although it is not flawless, particularly when I am rushing and my handwriting becomes sloppy.

Pros : It saves me a lot of time. The transcription of meetings is so quick! I do not have to manually take notes anymore.

Cons : It is not perfect every time. Sometimes the transcriptions have minor errors. If people talk over each other there is a lot of background noise.
