“great facility provided”

Pros : I bought a software for them. The download and installation was pretty straightforward however within a few days it was saying the key code provided by them on email was not valid. They replied to my messages quickly and sorted me out with a new key code which has worked fine. I'm really happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

“Impressive service”

Pros : Great site to help narrow my search and find the right software for my business. Wealth of info on the site and great info from Chat and customer care contacts. I was able to narrow my list and get demos set up quickly and easily.
