“Streamlining HR for Our Growing Business”

As our small business grew, managing HR became a real headache. Enkept HRMS has been a lifesaver. The mobile app is so convenient – employees can easily request leave, and I can approve it from anywhere. The face biometric attendance has eliminated time theft and made payroll much more accurate. It's simplifies everything, from onboarding to performance reviews. It's allowed me to focus on more strategic HR initiatives instead of getting bogged down in paperwork.

Pros : The easy-to-use mobile app, accurate biometric attendance, streamlined HR processes, and improved efficiency.

Cons : The initial setup took some time, and I wish the reporting features were a bit more customizable.
