“Awesome Product with a User-friendly interface”

It was a great product overall and the employee experience was superb.

Pros : With Engage HRMS, you can easily handle all your HR tasks in once place. The platform is super user-friendly and customized according to your needs and offers quick access to crucial information about your team, like their attendance, and time-off requests. The payroll section is very intuitive, allowing you to check and approve salary details, manage deductions, and generate payroll.

Cons : I don't find any issues while using these software

“Easy to use HR Management Software for Attendance , Payroll & Employee Engagement”

I have been using Engage HR Management Software since 2023, and it is a very user-friendly HR software. It has made managing payroll very easy, including getting Tax Declarations, adding Proof of Investments, and using a customized payslip template according to our organisation. The tool has helped save a huge amount of time spent in manual work and has a very good user interface. Their offering to customise as per the organization's needs is super helpful as we are required to have custom rules for our attendance system.

Pros : Engage HRMS software. The User interface is easy to understand. It has made managing payroll very easy including getting Tax Declarations, adding Proof of Investments and also using a customised payslip template according to our organization.

Cons : No issues we have faced with the product

“Perfect HRMS for any organisation”

We have been using Engage HRMS for more than a year now and it is pure joy to use the product for both the employees and the HR team. Their Facial recognition software along with geofencing has made attendance management super simple

Pros : Customize as you like, Engage team offers customization in the software in record time as they truly understand every organization is unique. Excellent Support & Partner - they are always there when required for assistance

Cons : Nothing, absolutely a brilliant product to use

“Outstanding and completely value for money HRMS”

Its UI is super easy to understand & use. Their onboarding process also was very easy and simple. Engage has a very good attendance tracking system and compliant payroll systems. They update the latest rules in the system automatically. They offer Instant customer support and integration with the biometric device as well

Pros : Attendance Management System has multiple configurations and options like biometric, facial recognition, geolocation. It has been attendance capturing across 40 different location super easy for our organisation

Cons : Fabulous product, no issues faced

Reason to switch : Too costly and not user friendly

“Powerful HRMS along with customisation and Instant Support”

Engage team is very prompt in the resolution of queries. Engage HR software simplifies end-to-end processes and makes time spent on manual tasks next to zero. Their payroll processing system is very good and they have taken care of all the possible use cases. Using their attendance management system, we were able to come into a single platform for managing attendance across India & Dubai office

Pros : The payroll system is very well designed. Multiple integrations with facial recognition, geofencing, and biometric in attendance make it a breeze to track employees across all locations from a single software

Cons : I have no grievances.

Pros : as per my User Experience Engage HRMS software is best for the HR team. Engage HRMS software to provide Customizations to meet our organization's needs.

Cons : There is Nothing to dislike, it is one of the best HR software I have seen

Reason to switch : Attendance & Payroll have been now super simplified for our organisatoin We really wanted some custom rules to be added as per our organisation needs. Engage team was super supportive in adding all our request to the software and always have a prompt response to our queries

“It has greatly helped us improve our HR process”

Engage has a robust payroll module and handles all the complexities with easy. Payroll calculations are accurate with all compliances in places with has helped us alot with timely processing of salary. With Engage, we have been able to simplify our HR process which has helped with Employee Engagement and retention. Would highly recommend Engage HRMS over any other software

“Comprehensive HR & Payroll Software”

Engage is a great HR application with all required modules. We are now able to manage Payroll, Attendance & leaves, Recruitment, Employee benefits, field employee tracking etc. from a single application. This aplication is very user freindly & total value for money

Pros : Complete HR Management Software suite. Customization support as per organisation requirement is very useful

“Good HRMS Product”

Very good customer support, they helped us with all the training and setups. Has helped us streamline all HR processes for our organization, including daily attendance, Leave approvals, work-from-home policy, payroll, and salary slips. The best point it is very user-friendly compared to other HRMS tools

Pros : My user experience with Engage HRMS is good and they make the onboarding process easy with the help of Engage HRMS software

Cons : No cons
