Pros : One of the standout features of e-Khata is its exceptional customer care. Their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They can be reached out via phone, email, and live chat.

Cons : I found e-Khata's customizable options useful, but there were times when I wished for a bit more flexibility to tailor specific features according to my business needs for added convenience.

Pros : For someone like me who isn't a finance wizard, e-Khata is a lifesaver! I remember the hassle of trying to manage accounts manually; it was a nightmare. But now, with this software, I feel like an accounting pro without needing a degree.

Cons : Sometimes, I've faced minor connectivity blips while using e-Khata, especially during peak hours or in areas with weaker internet signals. Thankfully, a quick refresh or a shift to a more stable network usually resolves the issue.

Reason to switch : Esarwa Automated Accounting only supported the English language, but I needed a more versatile option for my needs.

Pros : The cloud-based feature of e-Khata has made my life easy. I can now check any transaction or update an invoice from my smartphone or laptop, anywhere, anytime.

Cons : Initially, when I started using e-Khata, there was a bit of a learning curve to familiarize myself with all its features. However, tutorials and videos helped me alot to understand its various features.

Switched from : Marg ERP 9+

Reason to switch : I shifted from Marg ERP 9+ to e-khata because it only supported Windows, and I wished it was available for MacOS users like myself.

Pros : Due to its user-friendly interface, a non-techy like me, can also take care of his finances. With e-khata I can now focus on growing my business without struggling with complexity.

Cons : I have not faced any problems while using this software. Its automatic generation of e-Way and e-Invoices really simplifies compliance, saving me time and stress during tax filing.
