“Poor quality panels. Service during the warranty period is horrible.”

We had taken 10 (65-inches) LED panels and installed them in a school. Offered a two-year warranty. Three panels are damaged and we have registered complaints but no service provided till now. They don't have a service manual or proper people to do the service. Even they don't supply materials on time. They sell poor-quality panels and forget it. They are poor-quality panels imported from China.

Pros : No Service manual. Warranty Terms are not written down and shared. No supply of peripherals.

Cons : Nothing is good.
