“Best for live tracking my field sales employees”

Pros : It has an employee tracking feature. End Of the Day Report feature, Beat Plan feature . Expenses reporting feature. Attendance and Leave Management Feature.

Cons : Overall the features of this app are good and are applicable and easy to use. However, the addition of some extra features like the regional language selection option would make this app more reliable and more accessible.

Reason to switch : Via Delta Sales App I can record all my sales-related activities. And also I can assign any task to any employee with just a click on my phone.

Pros : Delta sales app features are really very useful for my company. Very helpful for optimizing daily sales work and worth using it.

Cons : To get straight to the point . I haven't seen any cons till now.

Pros : Easy Order and collection and Performance Dashboard.

Cons : I probably need to take more training on it. Not a bad platform for being free to me.

Pros : It gives everything a sales force would need and links with their excellent support capabilities with little to no work on your side. We tested three other small- to medium-sized business CRM applications, but the cost was too expensive or the functionality were insufficient.

Pros : I like how the email tracking lets me know if they have seen it or not. I adore having the option to call a contact directly from my phone. Sincerely, this is the greatest CRM available.

“perfect operating system fo business”

Pros : It has made it quite simple to use and enables me to directly customise to my business. The ability to attach emails to users has made it simple and automated for me to keep track of interactions between leads and consumers. IT has effectively and easily accompanied our business' growth for more than 3 years, starting from the very beginning and continuing to the present.

“a bit pricy”

Pros : I adore how easy it is to use. It strikes a balance between being extremely strong and adding tonnes of customisation. It can be modified to perform the tasks I need it to. It offers a genuine information centre and enables MASSIVE time savings and efficiency. I adore how my G-Suite emails and SMS texts are synchronised immediately in the user interface.

Pros : It's the slick and organised design, the capability to arrange my contacts, manage my transactions, create goals, and the rapid replies I receive anytime I have a query or problem. It's simple to use, and it's simple to personalise and develop. I like that I can design my own pipelines, contacts, and other things.

“Efficient crm”

Pros : I can simply keep track of progress, conversation time, call outcomes, and much more to evaluate how well staff are doing. The call quality is SUPERB compared to other CRMs I have tested in the past. Beautiful UI, highly adaptable to meet your needs, extremely detailed reporting.
