“A service that offers incredible value and their customer service is top notch.”

Pros : The fact that CyrusBiz ERP is user-friendly and is very useful, Upside of using it would be that even people with no accounting experience can get a hold of it after a few uses, I also appreciate the reports section because it makes it very clear how the company is doing in terms of revenue by month.

Cons : Trust me, how will you have cons if everything is already there in the software and with good support team.

Reason to switch : Great reporting can get the gist of the entire business and branches within a glance. Mainly the support team is also wonderful.

“Trustable Software, highly customised according to needs, has very big clients in their hands”

Pros : Cyrus Biz erp is very user friendly also it is highly customisable, till now they have never said this is not possible, will go any extent to provide what is needed for customer. Great team and has very good brand value in the market, have very big clients

Cons : Nothing we saw till now, been using this software since 6 years

“The best ERP software, ever!”

Pros : I am currently using Cyrus Biz ERP and I have been using this software for the past three years. It has made my business processes better and simpler. The software is easy to use, and I can manage everything in a simpler way. I can manage my business without any issues, and it makes my work easy.

Cons : I feel Cyrus Biz is although a great software to work on, however, it still needs to add on a few more features to make it wholesome software.

Switched from : Expand ERP

Reason to switch : Expand ERP has a very slow and late data migration ability. Otherwise, it is a good software.

Reason to switch : Very poor customer service. This is my only reason to shift from iXpert ERP to Cyrus Biz ERP.
