“Offers an amazing Lead Tracking Solution”

I've only been using the software for a month, so I can't give a full review of its pros and cons yet. The training felt rushed and could have been better organized, but the service and support have been good so far. One area that needs improvement is the suitability of quotations, proforma invoices, and product catalogs for industrial use. Currently, it seems more focused on B2C transactions.

Pros : This software is great for tracking new leads and monitoring work progress. It’s easy to use and has all the basic features you need.

Cons : Customizing the software for B2B leads is quite tedious, especially when it comes to sending customized quotes and terms.
