“Simple app with navigable features that everyone can operate”

Pros : It has got this amazing PGS or a parking guide system for guiding vehicles to the nearest empty parking spot. It’s so convenient for people vising the office premises. Hundreds of vehicles come to our parking space daily; all can be managed with minimal manual effort.

Cons : Coldwire has been quite useful in managing the parking lot. We had some trouble with the software installation initially but the customer services team resolved it.

Reason to switch : Coldwire parking management system is simple to use with intuitive dashboard. Better than any other software.

“Best parking management system for large spaces”

Pros : Coldwire is an absolute must for resolving multiple level car parking issues and is currently the best solution for organizing parking spaces. With this software, we have been able to overcome the biggest challenge, taking care of the parking space for employees and visitors coming to the office building.

Cons : Operating the software in basement of a parking may sometimes be challenging due to connectivity issues. Rest the software has been our best support in times when the number of cars on roads getting higher and parking spaces shrinking.

Reason to switch : We were looking for a software with an intuitive interface so that employees with limited technical knowledge can use it.

“User-friendly software to maximize parking space utilization”

Pros : This is one of the simplest parking management systems to take care of multi-level parking spaces. It also ensures surveillance of the parking space, ensuring utmost security of vehicles.

Cons : More detailed training was required by my team initially. We got online demo that worked well. However, a detailed user manual would have been useful at every stage.

Switched from : T2 Permits and Enforcements

Reason to switch : The cashless payment system helps manage the parking space in a stress-free manner in this cashless economy. Plus, this system is accurate and quick.
