“these people are great”

Pros : I was looking for a software solution and contacted Techjockey. WOW! In an hour I had 6 or so software companies contacting me. Some were too complicated for what I needed, some were too simple,(and the companies were absolutely great about understanding what I was looking for) and two were JUST RIGHT. We will decide on one of them shortly. Steve was a huge help. It was a very good experience!

“Easy integration over Email & SMS”

Pros : Running a successful clinic and at the same time managing an efficient customer relationship can be a cumbersome task. Thankfully, with the easy integration of Email and SMS through Birlamedisoft - PathoGold software, it has helped me send reports directly through email, app or SMS to physicians and consultants. Additionally, I can also send these reports to my patients, which has helped me to speed up the patient treatment cycle and improve my clinic’s reputation.

Cons : I find online/offline working with this software to be really slow. The process takes a lot of time to be operated offline when connectivity issues arise.

“Free Search Engine Optimisation service”

Pros : Pathogold’s SEO features have helped the search engine to locate my labs easily and place me on the top. I am more than satisfied with this software. Moreover, it provides the SEO feature for free and I can easily improve the ratings of my website over Google to get an increased number of customers for my clinic. My patients can even rate my services and leave feedback, helping me to increase the reputation of my business.

Cons : The software fails to provide a soft copy backup over the cloud and all the essential files and folders are located on my computer only. With the data being locally secured over the computer’s hard-drives, it gets impossible to maintain a backup there and the fear of losing documents always stays.
