“One of the most simplified ATS came across.”

Pros : My team's performance has gotten so much better with tools that make recruiter's life so easy, they don't feel the pain in adding all applicants' data in atsMantra. Now I have a rich database and every time I have a job that comes, I first look for candidates from within my database before going on those expensive job sites which charge a lot of money for every candidate profile that I access.

ATS is most useful because it is save our data as well as reduce the cost of wastage to save the profile and as well as help for remind the candidate credential and stage.

Pros : ATS is helpful for save profiles and it can be help us for we use that profiles again in this job section is very useful and Candidate stage. we remember all the stage of candidate through the ATS and ATS teams is very supportive they are always ready to help and teach us.

Cons : ATS team should mention a search section in the active job and some times ATS do not work properly for the time of bulk uploading

“Regular follow up updates”

Pros : I have been using atsMantra for several months now and I can't believe how easy my life has become. I get regular notifications/updates and also I am reminded if I have any follow-up or interview coming up with any of the candidates. It is so easy to keep track of every candidate's status.

Highly effective, easy to access, helps to maintain the records in a systematic manner, tracker format feature is very helpful and also consume our time, search applicant feature is also helpful to choose right candidate for particular job with the experience or as per skill sets

The system is intuitive, efficient, and has significantly streamlined the recruitment process. Few features are like - User friendly Interface, Automated Communication and application tracking, One view analytics and reporting insights, and flexibility to tailor workflows as per my need.

Pros : Although I have already highlighted all the positives in my review, I would like to add one more point—the personalized attention given to my queries has made the platform's usage seamless and hassle-free for my team.

Cons : Module-specific AVs can be created to serve as self-help resources for the recruitment team.
