“Handy Mobile App but Analytics Could Be Better”

The Agile CRM mobile app is great as it keeps me informed about upgrades and tasks even when I'm not in the office. However, it can occasionally be restrictive because the analytics features are somewhat simple and don't provide the more in-depth information.

Pros : The mobile app is a great feature for always staying on top of things when I am not at the office.

Cons : There is a lack in advanced analytics. The analytics features are not as deep as what you might find in other bigger CRMs.

Reason to switch : Agile CRM gave me a better mobile experience than Bitrix24.

“Great for Email Campaigns but the UI Feels Dated”

Developing and monitoring email campaigns is a easy with Agile CRM, which has helped my marketing endeavours. The user interface is effective, but it feels a little outdated in comparison to other CRMs I've tested.

Pros : You can create and track email campaigns easily. This is huge for marketing.

Cons : The user interface is not always smooth. The UI is alright but at times it still feels a little dated and not as slick as some other CRMs.

Reason to switch : I switched from Freshsales because its email marketing tools were not as straightforward for my needs.

Agile CRM is so reasonably priced; it has been a great solution for my small business. I felt like I got a lot of value without going over budget. Even though the platform is typically easy to use, several aspects take some time to become familiar with.

“Perfect for Small Teams but Automation Costs More”

Onboarding was made very easy by the features' ease of use. The automation features are restricted until you switch to a higher plan, which can get a little pricey if you require additional capabilities.

Pros : Ideal for smaller teams since the features don’t overwhelm you but are still awesome.

Cons : There is limited automation in the lower subscription plans. You need to upgrade for more automation features.

Reason to switch : Nutshell was too complex for my small teams needs compared to Agile.

“Perfect for Small Teams But Lacks Advanced Features”

It's simple to use, and I didn't require any help getting started straight away. We can keep track of leads and emails thanks to the useful automation tools. But compared to other CRMs, it's a little simplistic. I miss Active Campaign's in-depth statistics.

Pros : It is beginner friendly which makes it easier to start up and directly use it without any assistance.

Cons : If you are looking for more advanced CRM tools, it might feel a bit basic. It has limited advanced features.

Reason to switch : I switched to Agile CRM since it was much more affordable and easier to use.

“Great Automation but Support Could Be Faster”

The automation features have saved me a ton of time and manage monotonous tasks with ease. The customer service occasionally takes a while to reply. When they do respond, they are helpful, but sometimes the wait is annoying.

Pros : It provides solid automation tools. The makes repetitive tasks so much easier to handle.

Cons : The customer support response time takes longer than expected. The are helpful but the response just takes long.

Reason to switch : I switched to Agile CRM because it offered similar automation tools at a fraction of the cost.

It has been beneficial that I have customized the dashboards and workflows to match my working style. The storage restrictions are the drawback; if you're handling many contacts or data, they may feel restrictive.
