To create a nice signature using MS Word, follow the steps given below:
- Create a new file
- Click the Insert tab
- Select Signature Line from the text group
- Then select Microsoft Office Signature Line
- You can type a name in the Suggested signer box
- A pop up appears named, Signature Setup. Under this window, type your name and other credentials
- Once you're done, click OK
- Wait for a while, MS Word generates a signature for you and gives you the output.
