How is the pricing benefit of a Savings Plan applied across an organization's consolidated bill?

Savings Plan benefits are applied automatically to your organization's consolidated bill based on usage. They are not restricted to specific accounts.

Savings plans are first applied to the purchase account. After this, if you have unused hourly commitments, your savings plans will apply to other accounts in your organization that have sharing enabled. This is done automatically and applied to the usage that yields the most calculated savings.
