To troubleshoot website connectivity issues on my EC2 Windows instance, do the following configurations:
- The instance is passing the status checks.
- The instance is able to boot correctly.
- The CPU or memory isn't overused in your instance.
- The security group and network access control list (network ACL) enables traffic on the correct ports, and your instance's route table defaults to an internet gateway.
- Your instance has the right DNS configuration.
- The web server is running, as well as the firewall authorizes access.
- The TLS/SSL certificate is authentic for the HTTPS connection.
