To check Astra's status, admin needs to follow the steps given below:
- Go to the greytHR Admin portal
- Click on Leave
- From the dropdown, select Setup, and then choose Swipe Management.
- This will open the Swipe Management page
- Check ASTRA Configuration tab and click on the Health Status card. The card will expand, showing Astra version's swipe details, including Office Location, Status, and Health
- To view more detailed health status information, click on the View option under the Details column.
- This will open a pop-up ASTRA Health Status Details displaying the Astra health check for the selected swipe
