To add latitude and longitude in AstroSage, you can use the AstroSage Atlas to find the coordinates of a location. You can also use Google Maps or Google Earth to find the coordinates of a location. To do this, follow the steps given below:
Using the AstroSage Atlas
- Navigate to the AstroSage Atlas
- Enter the first few letters of the city name
- Click Search
- The latitude, longitude, and time zone for the city will appear
Using Google Maps
- Open Google Maps
- Right-click on the location or area
- A pop-up window will appear
- The latitude and longitude will be in decimal format at the top of the pop-up window
- Click on the latitude and longitude to copy the coordinates.
Using Google Earth
- Open Google Earth./li>
- Go to Preferences.
- Click 3D View.
- Under Show Lat/Long, choose a display format.
